- Teach your child how to express their true feelings. Doing this will help you understand your child much better. Also, express your emotions so your child will follow you and tell you what they think.
- If your child is frustrated, do your best to help them calm down. Teaching your child how to relax and control their emotions can keep them from letting their feelings rule their behavior.
